SpeedFactory Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit Compatible with Diesel 6.0L

This SpeedFactory Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit contains (16) M8 x 1.25mm x 45mm titanium studs, nuts, and washers. These high strength studs are made of Ti 6Al-4V and incorporate a 3mm hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench. Titanium 10mm 12-point nuts and washers are included. The use of the factory exhaust manifold bolts and studs, especially with the heat cycling of diesel engines, commonly results in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate clamping force, resulting in exhaust leaks. This stud kit looks great and will allow you to properly clamp your exhaust manifolds to the cylinder heads without experiencing sealing problems, stud/nut failure, or ugly and troublesome rust. Titanium is ~45% lighter, much stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs. Each stud/washer/nut assembly weighs only 11.5g!
