Small glass bead sections are strung by hand onto wires and then carefully shaped into the form of a star. It takes a skilled artist to create the entire design of tiny bead sections carefully placed around each point of the star which features a shiny elongated glass bead within each of the eight points. The intricate design continues with the addition of small glass beads (now in gold and silver) creating not only one but two beaded squares for added dimension to this elaborate tree topper. The entire beaded creation has been placed on a blown glass tube to fit over the top of your Christmas tree or can be carefully placed on a tree topper display stand for a fabulous table decoration. An added feature by the designer is a ring of small beads placed around the base of the finial to secure the star in place. The addition of glitter placed to highlight the design gives more added sparkle. Because the artist has used wire to form the star this 8.5 tall beaded star tree topper will last for many years.
